Cancellation Policy

Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. To keep our schedule fair and respectful for all clients, the following policy applies to all coaching sessions. Rescheduling Sessions Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your booked appointment time. Requests to reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice can be made by contacting us directly, and we will do our best to offer you the next available session time. Cancellations If you need to cancel a session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any penalty. Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation and the full session fee may be charged, or the session may be forfeited if part of a package or programme. Missed Sessions / No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, this will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. Emergency Circumstances We understand that genuine emergencies can arise. In exceptional circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients. The full session fee will still apply. Packages and Programmes For clients enrolled in a coaching package, membership, or programme, missed sessions or late cancellations may result in that session being deducted from your allocated session allowance.
